Technical Parameters of TECO ATEX-Certified Explosion-Proof Motor

  • Certification: ATEX Certification
  • Rated Voltage: 380V or other voltages (below 690V)
  • Rated Frequency: 50Hz, 60Hz
  • Output Power: 0.18KW ~ 355KW
  • Duty Cycle: Continuous duty cycle SF1.0, optional (SF1.0 ~ 1.3)
  • Frame Size: 80M ~ 355KW
  • Explosion-Proof Rating: Exd IIB T4
  • Cooling Method: IC411
  • Insulation Class: Class F Insulation
  • Temperature Rise: For Class B stator winding temperature rise: measured by the resistance method, it shall not exceed 80K when S.F (Service Factor) is 1.0
  • Power Supply Conditions: Voltage fluctuation within ±10%; frequency fluctuation within ±5%; comprehensive fluctuation of voltage and frequency within a maximum of 10% (with frequency fluctuation not exceeding ±5%)
  • Application Site: Hazardous areas with explosive gases (Zone 1 and Zone 2)
  • Ambient Temperature: -20℃ ~ 50℃ (other ambient temperatures optional)
  • Ambient Humidity: Relative humidity below 90% (no condensation allowed)
  • Altitude: Below 1000 meters above sea level
  • Drive Method: Pulley, coupling. However, for 2-pole motors with power 45KW and above, only coupling drive is allowed
  • Rotation Direction: Bidirectional rotation. When the power supply phase sequence is consistent with the marking letters on the motor outlet terminals, the rotation direction is clockwise when facing the shaft extension end
  • Starting Method: Direct-on-line starting (full-voltage starting) or Y-Δ starting
  • Requirements: When installing the coupling or pulley, use the tapped hole at the shaft end for press-fitting installation. Do not strike the shaft end with external force for installation.
