The TEBV (EFEY/EFEU) High-Cooling Frequency Conversion Explosion-Proof Motor, developed and manufactured by TECO, can reach Level 3 energy efficiency (GB3/IE3). It supports frequency conversion operation and is equipped with either IC411 self-ventilated cooling or IC416 independent cooling fan, which can meet the working conditions of different loads.

Applicable Conditions

  • Power Supply Conditions: Voltage fluctuation within ±10%, frequency fluctuation within ±5%, maximum comprehensive fluctuation of voltage and frequency within 5% (with frequency fluctuation not exceeding ±5%).
  • Application Site: Locations in Zone 1 and Zone 2 of explosive gas environments.
  • Ambient Temperature: -20~50℃ (other ambient temperatures available as an option).
  • Ambient Humidity: Relative humidity below 90% (no condensation allowed).
  • Altitude: Below 1,000 meters above sea level.
  • Transmission Method: Pulley or coupling. However, for 2-pole motors with power of 45KW and above, only coupling transmission can be used.
  • Rotation Direction: Bi-directional rotation. When the power supply phase sequence is consistent with the marking letters on the motor outlet terminal, the rotation direction is clockwise when facing the shaft extension end.
  • Starting Method: Direct full-voltage starting or Y-△ starting.

Requirement: When installing the coupling or pulley, use the tapped hole at the shaft end for press-fitting installation. External force impact on the shaft end for installation is prohibited.
