| Model | TEBY (AFBY/AFBU) | Brand | TECO |
Technical Data of TECO IECEx-Certified Explosion-Proof Motor:
- Certification: IECEx Certification
- Rated Voltage: 380V or other voltages (below 690V)
- Rated Frequency: 50Hz, 60Hz
- Output Power: 0.18kW~355kW
- Duty Cycle: Continuous duty cycle SF1.0, optional (SF1.0~1.3)
- Frame Size: 80M~355 (Note: “355KW” in the original text is a notation inconsistency—motor frame sizes are typically labeled with numerical codes like “355” instead of power units, so it is adjusted to “355” to align with industry conventions)
- Protection Degree:
- Exd IIB T4 Gb: IP55
- Exd IIC T4 Gb (Frame #80~255), Exd II (H2) Gb (Frame #250~355): IP55, IP56, IP65, IP66
- Cooling Method: IC411
- Insulation Class: Class F Insulation
- Temperature Rise: Temperature rise of Class B stator winding: When measured by the resistance method and under a Service Factor (S.F) of 1.0, the temperature rise shall not exceed 80K
Applicable Conditions
- Power Supply Conditions: Voltage fluctuation within ±10%, frequency fluctuation within ±5%, maximum comprehensive fluctuation of voltage and frequency within 10% (with frequency fluctuation not exceeding ±5%).
- Application Site: Zone 1 and Zone 2 of explosive gas environments.
- Ambient Temperature: -20~50℃ (other ambient temperatures available as an option).
- Ambient Humidity: Relative humidity below 90% (condensation is not allowed).
- Altitude: Below 1000 meters above sea level.
- Transmission Method: Pulley or coupling. However, for 2-pole motors with power of 45kW and above, only coupling transmission can be used.
- Rotation Direction: Bidirectional rotation is possible. When the power supply phase sequence matches the marking letters on the motor outlet terminal, the rotation direction is clockwise when facing the shaft extension end.
- Starting Method: Direct-on-line starting (full-voltage starting) or Y-Δ starting (star-delta starting).
Requirements
When installing the coupling or pulley, use the tapped hole at the shaft end for press-fitting installation. Striking the shaft end with external force to install is prohibited. For special requirements, please consult separately.
